Personal Training with Kean L.

Since 2015, I have specialized in working with golf athletes of all skill levels to help improve their mobility, power and overall fitness. After graduating from West Chester University with a degree in Kinesiology, I earned my Titleist Performance Institute certification and have used TPI evaluations to create custom programs for my athletes. Whether I'm developing strength and swing speed in college athletes or helping a senior player regain some mobility, I believe in taking an individualized approach based around your specific goals and limitations. If you want to improve your game, I'm looking forward to working with you and seeing your progress in the gym carry over onto the course!

My background in Physical Therapy has allowed me to work with many demographics from teens to seniors and everyone in between. I have led a healthy lifestyle my entire life and enjoy educating and helping people reach their goals both in Physical Therapy and personal training over the past 26 years. Physical therapy professionals focus on rehabilitation and increasing clients’ functional mobility thus providing them with a better quality of life. My workouts as a personal trainer and coach focus on functional training. Exercises specifically designed based on the clients’ needs and goals according to their current health status with prevention in mind. Preventing injuries and staying healthy is the best thing we can do in order to increase our quality of life. Now more than ever strength, endurance and a strong immune system is very important in order to power through our busy lives.

Personal Training with Kara C.

Growing up I was always active and enjoyed playing sports. As I got older, exercise became part of my daily routine, and I enjoyed learning more about the practice of health and fitness. The benefits you receive from being active and engaging in a structured exercise program, whether individual or group, are rewarding mentally and physically.

I am a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. My goal is to encourage others to live a healthy and active lifestyle while helping them achieve their individual goals.

Personal Training with Jeff C.

Jeff is the former owner of FUEL Cycle Fitness in Ardmore. Jeff and his wife, Jen Cohen, opened an indoor cycling and boxing studio. Their ultimate mission is to help others become healthier and happier in all aspects of their “fitness'“. They helped build an amazing community of people that they hope to inspire and motivate by what they do in and out of the studio.
