Do you need a new cardio workout? Step it Out is your class! During this Step Aerobic Class we focus on the quads, the butt, the hamstrings and a whole lot of cardio. This class lasts for 45 minutes, just press play and you're good to go. As we move through the class remember impact is optional as are the more advanced moves! Choose a level that works for you!
Total Body Fitness w/ Kara
Thursday’s and Friday’s @ 9:30am
This challenging total body workout includes cardio segments, upper and lower body, including core and a full body stretch to improve mobility.

Wednesday’s @ 4:30 pm
must register by 2 pm
It's a low impact workout without adding additional strain to your body!
Cardio is excellent for fat burning, and low-resistance training can help you tone and be fit for life!
You're also increasing your heart rate, toning your muscles, and building strength and endurance.
