Janine loves all types of activity. As a West Chester University lacrosse player, she loved working out with a team, and how strength and endurance training made her feel. From there she was hooked on fitness and has been active ever since.

She completed many distance running events and enjoyed participating in Olympic Lifting. She loves focusing on functional movements and exercises that work many muscle groups at once.

Four years ago, she began teaching group fitness classes and has become a personal trainer. She believes that we should be strong even when we age, and feel like competitors no matter how old we are.

Kathy began teaching group exercise classes more than a decade ago. She is certified in Body Combat, BodyPump, Body Flow, TRX, Cycle, Kickbox, Pilates and various free form classes. Kathy was the Group Exercise Director of the West Chester YMCA for more than two years and continues to teach weekly classes there and at other facilities.

She has three daughters and is very involved in their activities. She is a Girl Scout troop leader, running coach and Race Director for the Knight of the Living Dead Zombie 5K that benefits Rustin High School athletics/local charities.

In addition to group exercise, she is passionate about running, animals and being outdoors. Her favorite part of being an instructor is watching people transform their bodies and minds through exercise.

Kristy began teaching group exercise classes 20 years ago. She is certified in BodyPump, CXWorx, Zumba, Pilates and has taught Step and other freestyle classes.

Kristy has three children and loves to watch them play sports and music.  She has been actively involved in volunteering in their school activities. In addition to group exercise, she is a CPA and works as a Business Manager.

Kristy is excited to be a part of the BodyX team.

Liz likes to keep physically active. Whether it be running a marathon, taking on a tough mudder, or “trying” to play rugby at age 51- nothing is off the table!

Liz has worked in fitness for over 20 years as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Fitness Director, and Corporate Fitness Coach. She teaches Boot Camp, Kettle
Bell, Step, Strength and Conditioning, Cycle, Kickboxing and has been certified through ACE, AFAA NASM, The Arthritis Foundation, Reebok Corporation and CR-1 Kettle Bell through FIT-EDUCATION, and is currently training through Les Mills for BodyPump and GRIT.

As a fitness trainer, her personal attention is to safety first followed by posture, then execution. She helps people get maximum results by focusing on movement efficiency. “Nothing is more gratifying to me than to see someone do well, what they never thought was even remotely possible.”

She lives and works in West Chester with her husband, 4 children and the “baby” of the family, (3 year old Boxer, Bronx!)

Bianca has been a fitness lover for the most part of her life. Grew up as a trained dancer and in her early twenties transitioned to fitness. She ran marathons and taught aerobics and step classes at Living Well Lady in Bala Cynwyd currently LA Fitness. Although she took a break from teaching to raise her 3 kids, all teens now, she remained an avid runner and fitness enthusiast challenging herself in different modalities. She has returned to teaching group fitness with a goal of inspiring people to be their their very own best and to share all she has experienced about fitness and the impact of it on the mind and body as it translates to everyday life.

Megan has been teaching group fitness for a little over a year now. She teaches BODYPUMP as well as CXWORX fitness classes.

She is originally from Flemington, NJ, and still live there, but she goes to school in Philadelphia.

She’s currently studying Food Marketing at Saint Joseph’s University and plans on graduating in 2019.
