Liz likes to keep physically active. Whether it be running a marathon, taking on a tough mudder, or “trying” to play rugby at age 51- nothing is off the table!
Liz has worked in fitness for over 20 years as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Fitness Director, and Corporate Fitness Coach. She teaches Boot Camp, Kettle
Bell, Step, Strength and Conditioning, Cycle, Kickboxing and has been certified through ACE, AFAA NASM, The Arthritis Foundation, Reebok Corporation and CR-1 Kettle Bell through FIT-EDUCATION, and is currently training through Les Mills for BodyPump and GRIT.
As a fitness trainer, her personal attention is to safety first followed by posture, then execution. She helps people get maximum results by focusing on movement efficiency. “Nothing is more gratifying to me than to see someone do well, what they never thought was even remotely possible.”
She lives and works in West Chester with her husband, 4 children and the “baby” of the family, (3 year old Boxer, Bronx!)
