Owner of BodyX Fitness. Certified Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Mobility Specialist. John has been training for 8+yrs in various fitness studios, and privately training in-homes throughout the Main Line, and Delaware County. Johns philosophy is finding what each individuals ceiling or capacity is, helping them hit that, and then raising that ceiling, and/or capacity, to take them that one step further. His approach in training is to move properly, work hard, have fun, and GET IT DONE.

John is known for holding people accountable each day, and helping people achieve their personal goals. He is living out his life long dream of owning a fitness studio that he can call his own and offering the community his knowledge and passion of strength training and a healthy lifestyle.

 

 

Killian Riggs

Fitness Trainer

Co-owner of BodyX Fitness. Certified Personal Trainer, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Mobility Specialist. Killian has grown a very successful private sports massage therapy business on her own for the past 7yrs throughout the Main Line, making a name for herself with her passion of proper strength training and recovery. She has been an athlete and fitness enthusiast for most of her life, and is excited to share her knowledge with the community, while motivating people to work hard, never quit, and to bring full awareness of how each one body moves and take it to its full potential.

My mission: Is to provide a basic foundation and education for optimum health and well-being through fitness and nutrition.

  • BodyX is a functional strength and conditioning group training studio providing a specific work out of the day that is part of a whole weeks program.

     

  • We pride ourselves on making our group classes to feel like personal one-on-one sessions, all while having a fun atmosphere with friends rooting each other on to reach their goals.

  • Our classes are Monday thru Saturday. Mon, Weds, Fri, are STRENGTH. Tues, Thurs, Sat, are CONDITIONING HIIT.

     

  • Our workouts are designed to be the most efficient way to burn fat, get stronger, and live an overall healthier lifestyle, without compromising safety and form.

     

  • We offer monthly memberships and class cards, personal training, buddy workouts, sports specific training, mobility training, sports massage therapy, AND nutrition & cooking classes, too.
