Monday - Friday 5:45 am to 1:00 pm, 5:45 pm to 9:00 pm Saturday - 7:45 am to 11:00 am Sunday - Closed

Yes! All fitness classes are geared for all ages.
Fitness classes will be 30 minutes, 45 minutes or one hour classes. Cooking classes will be one or two hour classes.
BodyX will only offer group fitness and demo cooking classes.

All of the LES MILLS GRIT workouts are designed with set exercises that have safety and science at their core. They’ve all been tried and tested for safety and results. If you have any specific health concerns, check with your doctor before doing a LES MILLS GRIT workout.
Movements to blocks of time allow you to complete maximum repetitions which allows a focus on power training – maximizing muscle output to hit top-end training zones.
Wear your usual workout clothes and bring a water bottle, a towel and a big attitude. We’ll do the rest.
