Teens will participate in a 30 minute BodyX workout to improve strength, agility, and general fitness endurance. Immediately followed by a 60 minute hands on cooking session where they will be preparing their own lunch each day.
We will utilize our state-of-the-art kitchen to help the youth understand how to select healthy food options, and also how to prepare many quick and easy meals and snacks for a teen on the go.
Our experienced staff supervises each participant during our fitness camp to ensure they are getting the best and safest workout for their body.
The teens will also learn how to best fuel their body after an intense workout.

Lunch: Make your own Power Smoothie, and get a taste of the best Power Bars out there. High school and college students will learn how to combine fitness and nutrition to prepare them to be productive, happy, and healthy in high school, college and beyond.
