BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

BodyX 14 Day Challenge

The Body X Challenge is an all encompassing intense 14 day program that will transform your mind, body and spirit. Everyone is welcomed simply because anyone can physically complete this program. Day 1 of the challenge will begin Saturday at 11:00am with an orientation. The orientation will give an introduction and entire overview of the 14-day challenge, assessments, guideline package as well as a live cooking and tasting demonstration.** The group fitness classes run during the week Monday through Friday, and the final assessments and maintenance plan are reviewed 1-on-1 on the last day of the challenge.

Boxing Bootcamp

Boxing Bootcamp will teach you the fundamentals of boxing while getting a full body workout. Boxing has shown to be one of the most effective, stress relieving workouts out there. This class will include intense cardio moves joined with punching designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and overall fitness conditioning.

Who doesn’t love decorating cupcakes!  At this party, kids will have plenty of crust-shaping, sauce-spreading, cheese-sprinkling fun! Everyone will have fun creating individual pizzas and cinnamon/sugar pretzels and shapes. While the pizza’s are cooking, the kids will have fun dancing, twisting and shaking to the our DJ mix of music! Afterwards, everyone will decorate their own birthday cupcakes and sing Happy Birthday!
