Cooking Classes

The Culinary Center at BodyX is a state-of-the-art, fully equipped 12 seat kitchen classroom where guests come to enjoy chef tastings, culinary demonstrations, and cooking classes in a beautiful, intimate setting.  BodyX is the ideal laboratory for learning.  This is a place where everyone from the aspiring novice chef to the most decorated master of cuisine can come to share their love and knowledge of food and drink.

Healthy Cooking Classes

When you’re striving to get fit, healthy and achieve a better body, there’s no point in ruining your hard work with junk food. Find out how to fuel your body with healthy nutritional foods run by Chef Frances. Learn to become a Nutritarian – A person who has a preference for foods and/or an eating style high in nutritional value for a better lifestyle. Chef Frances will show you how to make easy meals and show healthy substitutions.

You’ll learn how to create filling meals that are packed with flavor, not calories.  First, you’ll learn how to season with herbs and spices; then, you’ll be taught how to incorporate those ingredients into easy-to-prepare dishes, such as herb-crusted tilapia and roasted split chicken smothered with onion and mushroom pesto.

You and your classmates will leave inspired to prepare healthy meals and snacks for you and your family and taste what you’ve learned. Monthly guest celebrity chefs and lecturers. Class schedule coming soon for early 2017 grand opening.
