Not a problem. We are experienced trainers and can help you get a great workout all while moving safely and functionally that is best for you.

What should I bring to the workout? Can I shower there?2019-03-28T20:23:04+00:00

Yes. We have two full showers with all the amenities. Towels and all soap products are available for use as well. Just bring your usual workout clothes and something to drink.

Our full schedule is on MindBody. Sign up via MindBody or the BodyX app. Sign up for packages and memberships at the front desk with us.

BodyX will only offer group fitness and demo cooking classes.

How long will the fitness or cooking classes be?2019-03-28T20:20:27+00:00

Fitness classes will be 30 minutes, 45 minutes or one hour classes. Cooking classes will be one or two hour classes.

Any levels and experience are welcome! We are experienced trainers that pride ourselves if finding the right modifications for your specific individual needs.

BodyX is a functional strength and conditioning group training studio providing a specific work out of the day that is part of a whole weeks program. We pride ourselves on making our group classes to feel like personal one-on-one sessions, all while having a fun atmosphere with friends rooting each other on to reach their goals.

Monday – Friday 5:30 am to 11:00 am, 5:45 pm to 9:00 pm

Saturday – 7:45 am to 11:00 am

Sunday – Closed
