BodyX is a functional strength and conditioning group training studio providing a specific work out of the day that is part of a whole weeks program.
We pride ourselves on making our group classes to feel like personal one-on-one sessions, all while having a fun atmosphere with friends rooting each other on to reach their goals.
Our classes are Monday thru Saturday. Mon, Weds, Fri, are STRENGTH. Tues, Thurs, Sat, are CONDITIONING HIIT.
Our workouts are designed to be the most efficient way to burn fat, get stronger, and live an overall healthier lifestyle, without compromising safety and form.
We offer monthly memberships and class cards, personal training, buddy workouts, sports specific training, mobility training, sports massage therapy, AND nutrition & cooking classes, too.
